The processing of your order will take 2 working days after purchase.
Europe - For Free within 15 working days
Rest of the World - 25 € within 15 working days.
For ”Rest of the World” customers - payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient, which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 14 days. Sale Items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We do not cover return costs. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. For safer returns, our advice is to use trackable Shipping Services or purchasing Shipping Insurance. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.
Once your return is receive and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Original shipping fees, duties or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
